Thoughts and Commentary of El Mundo: The Water Access Disparity in the World – Joey Bilyk

My name is Joseph Von Bergen Bilyk, but I go by Joey. I am an undergraduate student at the University of Pittsburgh. I live in the city of Philadelphia and went to high school at Central High School of Philadelphia. My family, friends, city and high school are the most important and valued things in my life. My major is undeclared, but I know I want to leave college being a fluent Spanish speaker and a fantastic writer.

As both part of the collegiate community and part of the world’s youth, my approach is grass roots, abstract and intellectual. Both college students and the world’s youth want to learn and explore. College students approach issues intelligently while the youth approach issues ideally and abstractly. I want to explore issues in my own mind, but I also want to open my arms wide for philosophers and intellects to teach me and influence me. I tackle issues in this blog with the same intellect and abstractness as I treat my mind.
